Hi, I’m Dr. Tiffany
God’s daughter, devoted disciple, wife and mom, and an enemy to anything that opposes the Kingdom of Light.
I consider these to be my most treasured accolades.
While I usually don't focus much on titles, I recognize their value to others; beyond those roles, I am also a Clinical Pharmacist, Author, Speaker, Teacher, and Coach.
When I launched my coaching business, I initially operated under the name Oh So You Coaching, instead of my personal name. That changed following a mentor's suggestion to use my real name for my website and social media profiles.
However, I discovered my name was already claimed when I tried to register the domain, leading me to embrace Dr. Tiffany Pierce. The addition of 'Dr.' elicited a variety of responses, including inspiration, admiration, and even feelings of jealousy and envy.
What's funny is that, while I won't downplay the hard work I put in, I'll be quick to tell you not to be too impressed. The only reason I made it through pharmacy school is my superpower of making complex things super simple. When I tell you I had an acronym for everything—girl, I mean it.
One thing becomes immediately clear when you dive into my courses, read my books, or listen to my teachings: I prioritize practicality. It absolutely frustrates me when advice or teachings aren't directly applicable to real life.
I believe the women God brings to the Oh So You Coaching (OSYC) community feel the same.
Let's paint a picture of before and after.
Before joining the OSYC community, you've tried following countless gurus and experts, only to find yourself exasperatedly shouting, "BUT HOW?!" as you toss your shoe at the TV, phone, or stage in frustration.
After discovering the OSYC community, you let out a sigh of relief, unaware until that moment how long you've been holding your breath. Suddenly, you find the answers you've been desperately seeking, filled with hope and armed with the tools needed to quickly implement these transformative principles.
Welcome home, friend– I'm truly delighted you've joined us.
I’d really love to know more about you but it’ll be rude to start asking you questions without going first.

So, here’s a little more of my story.
I embarked on my coaching journey in 2016, filled with optimism and enthusiasm, eagerly looking forward to expanding the business that I felt called to create. Little did I know, this venture was also the Lord's way of shaping me.
I playfully say that stepping into business ownership is comparable to enlisting in Bootcamp - many might hesitate if they knew the reality of the commitment. It's similar to being a tea bag plunged into boiling water; what lies within only truly reveals itself once immersed in the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Allow me to clarify.
I had a beautiful childhood, a full life, and a vibrant relationship with God but when I was dropped in the hot water of entrepreneurship, all types of things came out.
For years, I struggled with consistency in my business, grappling with emotional instability that spilled into both my personal and professional life. Despite my efforts, progress seemed elusive, similiar to circling the same mountain without an end in sight.
The moment everything shifted
In a moment of sheer uncertainty, I found myself just stopping everything, closing my eyes, and quietly asking God for a bit of guidance and some clarity on what to do next.
He led me to a retreat that changed my heart.
Despite how wonderful my life and upbringing were, there were things I didn't realize I needed to heal from. I would never have discovered them if it hadn't been for the Lord's kindness in guiding me to this ministry in Hiddenite, North Carolina.
I applied what I learned, diving deep into researching the heart, and through this journey, the Lord began nurturing a new vision within me. This revelation guided me to transform my entire business model entirely.
He demonstrated to me, in real-time, the transformative power of authentic healing. It accelerates growth and paves the way for unprecedented breakthroughs.
As I continued healing, my personal development was so significant that even my husband noticed the change. This newfound perspective influenced how I approached my business, giving birth to the HGA Academy.
A fresh vision starts to unfold
After discovering my own blindspot, I began recognizing a common pattern among other purpose-driven women striving to live their calling: inconsistency and various negative emotions were hindering their progress as well.
I also noticed that most of the coaches who had started out with me were no longer pursuing their dreams. Feeling strongly that I had the answers, and knowing that the enemy was using these same tactics against women of God to prevent them from pursuing their purpose and staying in their chosen assignments, I knew I had to create a space where these women could come to receive training to heal, to build themselves and their brands, and, ultimately more importantly, build the kingdom.
This is my life's mission. I truly hope you'll join me on this journey and defy all odds by walking in your purpose, too.
Oh, in case you're wondering, I ditched the website with my name and decided to stick with this one.

PEEK BEHIND THE CURTAIN: 5 UNEXPECTED THINGS ABOUT ME
-
Speaking of curtains, my background spans the arts and entertainment industry. I've engaged in everything from stage plays to national TV commercials, films, and even walking runways. Dabbling in various facets of the arts remains a cherished passion of mine.
-
I'm what you'd call a Jesus junkie. From a young age, I've been in awe of God's creation, always pondering life's purpose. Even as a child, I was drawn to church, where I'd often find myself moved to tears during services. To me, Jesus is not only my Lord and savior; He's my best friend.
-
I've always cherished originality and individuality. Growing up, my biggest pet peeve was copycats—it genuinely upset me to see people imitating others. Little did I realize, this frustration hinted at my true calling: to assist individuals in embracing and living their authentic lives. At Oh So You Coaching, we dedicate ourselves to encouraging you to be unabashedly true to yourself! Hence the name Oh So You Coaching!

I'm originally from Mobile, Alabama, which, if you weren't aware, is the actual birthplace of Mardi Gras. I spent six years at Xavier University in New Orleans for undergrad and pharmacy school and absolutely loved it, though I never stayed for Mardi Gras. Home will always hold a special place in my heart, but I must admit, there's something about New Orleans' beignets and bounce music that I simply adore.

Favorites that I simply adore:
engaging in deep conversations
savoring hot tea
enjoying both romantic films and comedies
reaching for my chapstick
immersing myself in documentaries and autobiographies
cherishing slow mornings
appreciating music from all genres
embracing a unique style that often goes against the current fashion trends
basking on beautiful beaches at sunset
seeing and valuing people that others overlook
witnessing women transform their lives by healing their hearts and then going on to create the dream lives they were meant to live
spending precious moments with my beloved Archie III and Archie IV
